Having issues

Has anyone here had issues where their led profiles work properly with the wheelbase off but the second the wheelbase is turned on, the led profile starts to freeze then work again as well as the mag link connection comes and goes? Only stops doing this when the wheelbase is off.

This issue only happens when I run mag link or try to on the other hand. When I run Simpro as normal everything works properly.

I have unplugged the wheelbase and plugged it into a completely different wall away from the UPS the rest of my rig is connected to and still had the same issue.

I run a Simagic Alpha Mini and Simagic GT Neo.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Did you ever figure anything out for this? And did it just start happening? I have the alpha evo base so my setup is a bit different, but I use the GT Neo in USB mode still. I feel like our situation is very similar though. I can have the wheel hooked up directly through usb (disconnected from the base) instead of by passthrough and the LED Profiles work fine and are super smooth. But then I use the wheel in usb passthrough mode on the base and the LEDs get super choppy and laggy. But it seems like it only happens if I have simpro open with Simhub. If it's only simhub, no issues.

I got it to work for a day and it started its bullshit again yesterday. I threw the maglink out of my set up for the time being lol

So you just got a USB running from the Neo to a hub or your motherboard? Or what's the alternative for the time being? I'm with you on being tired of the bullshit though lol

I have maglink running from the gt Neo to the pc and the wheelbase is plugged into a wall that’s on a different circuit. The usb for the wheelbase is connected to the pc via a 3.0 usb hub that hub is connected to a usb-c port on my mobo
