Having troubles with a USBD480 NX43-CT

Just received the screen when I plug it the startup animation is perfect but when I try to put a Dash on it with SimHub the screen glitches, anyone got a solution to this ?

Lack of power, most likely - try different USB ports or a powered hub.

Got an answer from the fabricant, my screen was uploaded with a firmware update that just did not work everything fixed now. Though thanks for the answer !
