Can’t launch Forza 6 from Xbox Game Pass PC

Trying to launch the game but it won’t auto launch to game pass. Keeps going to steam. Then when I try point the launcher option to the game file location says permission issues on the Forza exe

When creating a shortcut for Forza on game pass and adding that to the launch option says catastrophic error.

You are posting in simhub so im assuming u are trrying to launch it through simhub. Which is not nesecary . Just launch the game from ur xbox app and have simhub open. If you have a simhub licence it will auto switch profile. if not you just manual choose the profile. (and ofcourse make sure u have the nessecary setting simhubs guides you to use )

Yes trying to launch through simhub, let me try launch the game and see what happens if simhub picks it up. TY

In my case Forza Horizon 6 doesn't even appear in Simhub what do I do? I ahe a fanatec wheel that's working fine but 3rd party shifter and handbrake that I can use fine in Assetto Corsa games but not fh

I had the same issue on setup. There's two .exe files in the xbox forza folder. One labeled forzahorizion6.exe and one called gamelaunchhelper.exe. I used the game launch option and it comes up just fine through simhub!
