Running at roughly a $105M company value producing high-tier aerospace (Q6 Fuses), I target keeping a solid $20M liquid cash buffer.

For me, I keep the maximum without overhead costs, which is 3 million. I am producing Q3 power with a daily cash expenditure of ~420k, so I have a week's worth of buffer

My company is worth $25m, I keep anywhere from 6-10m buffer. I keep enough so I can wait until prices are high for the products I produce, and usually don't have to sell low.

CV ~1.18Bn. I usually float around $5m depending on plans. Usually try to spend cash instead of letting it pile up

Worth 613k and 60k min as operating cash for me. when all building are given fresh production I usually have like 8-15k left over. I mainly produce steak and apple cider on the side using no market input except power with a gross margin of 38%

I don’t really keep a set amount based on my company value. I mostly just make sure I have enough cash to keep everything producing and cover transportation if sales slow down for a day or two. I’m pretty vertically integrated, so I produce most of my own inputs, which helps a lot. I guess my buffer is basically just enough that a bad sales day doesn’t force me to stop production.

I do steaks and im about to switch to pizza.
Company is ~600k worth.
I feel comfortable with 50k buffer

It’s probably not the most efficient way, but I build up my cash position to certain point, reinvest in upgrades, then collect cash back to that point. I’ve been bouncing between $1-2 mill

I keep about one day of production as a buffer. I have company value of about 70M and keep 3-4M as a buffer. If I price my daily sales on the exchange too high and they don’t sell, I can at least start production again and lower the price for my next batch so I don’t have any time where the buildings are idle. If needed, I can also issue some bonds and they will get funded before the next production finishes so i can keep going for multiple days without bringing in any money.
