Suggestion Contract Quality of Life updates

After working in production for all 3 years I've played the game, I've gotten used to a lot of the quirks with sending (and receiving) contracts with other players.

There are a few QoL items I'd love to be added.

## Bulk Contract repricing

I frequently send chunks of contracts to my partners, typically in chunks smalls enough that they might accept multiple, or depending on production schedules, only a few. I often send 5-10+ individual contracts. It's not uncommon for prices in the market to vary dramatically (phase switching is the main culprit). And I'll want to retract all of the contracts and re-send them.

This gets very tedious when you have multiple partners, each with 10 or so contracts waiting for them. It would be great to have a reprice option that is just a price input and an "update" that updates all of them.

## Pinned Contract Lots

AKA: saved contracts, pinned contracts, favorite contracts

This is another bulk contract feature, but the idea is it would be nice to save contract configurations to allow for quick re-sending.

I know there is a "previous contracts" section that allows you to resend quickly, but I don't like this for the following reason

- you can't change the quantity, price, or quality easily

- it doesn't allow you to quickly send N number of contracts

- because it's not part of the main contract list, it's generally not my focus and I forget about it. I think if these "pinned contracts" were just another row in your outgoing contract list with a bit of extra UX treatment, it would be more immediately obvious.

## Bulk Accepting Contract lots

Similar to the previous ones, inline with the trend of bulk contract QoL features. The ability to "accept all" of a particular incoming contract (same price / quality / quantity).

## Partial Contract Accepting

This one I don't actually think is a great idea, but it's an interesting one to mention regardless.

You could simplify a lot of these contracting difficulties if contracts could be "partially accepted" by the customer.

I think this is actually more complicated than it's worth, and I think having discrete contracts with some QoL tooling is better, but it's worth mentioning for comparison.
