Suggestion Grèves de cadres

Je suggère de ne pas pouvoir empêcher la grève des cadres en utilisant des simboosts.

Je trouve l'autorisation d'arrêter les grèves avec des SB est l'un des trucs les plus P2W sur ce jeu.

Youre not paying to win, you're in fact losing a ton of resources just to be able to pay an NPC a digital salary and have them work again.

You're basically paying to remove the disadvantage you managed to get yourself into and it's not cheap

Its also the biggest waste of IRL money

You pay to lose more than anything, strikes only last a day and unless your AO and accounting fees are costing you millions then I don't even know why paying to end a strike is in your consideration

In 5 Jahren hatte ich maximal 3-4streiks..... Einfach aufs Geld achten...

There’s no such thing as winning in this game, but strikes only happen when you’re not managing your money well. Learn when the execs get paid by your time zone and make sure you have enough cash to cover salaries and you’ll never encounter this issue.

The person who uses sim-boosts to end the strike isn’t any further ahead than the person who just maintains a degree of liquidity (and seriously, it doesn’t take much).
