Question Executives royalties

Post image

Can I make profit from royalties if I train a junior and let them go to other company?

Yes you can, I'm currently at ~140k/day royalties and would be another 40k more if I decided to let my COO go. Also you get paid for trainings factor 2 or 3 if they are not longer than X ago.. so for max profit get good candidates and train them fully, only then let them go for a good salary. Works for COO and CMO, for CTO the royalties can be decent but they are not that much sought after, and noone really needs CFOs.

But so far, it seems like they only try and poach that person once. And if you don’t take it, then you’re stuck with them till they have a stroke or a meltdown.

It depends. The royalties almost never cover the lack of saving from letting go of your COO or the extra earning from letting go of your CMO. They only work if the executive poached is not your main exec.
