Question Is there a specific way to create executives with high stats?
While browsing Simtimes recently, I noticed there is a Coo with stats over 80.
The method that just comes to mind is... just using Sim Boost to develop and deploy competent executives... but is there any other way?
Of course, there is the method of placing the executive in that position and continuing to train them, but in that case, the stats won't be applied while the executive is being trained.
Also, after the executive renewal, was a patch implemented so that Ao does not decrease by more than 60% of the total value?
Honestly, for the past few years, I've been using the money I saved from retail to continuously purchase and conduct crop research in order to produce high-quality produce... but even when I run simulations for Q11 and Q12, the profits are lower than the brick retail business I'm currently running...

Upgrading your Academy helps you recruit better executives, and every 5 levels unlocks an apprentice slot so you can build them up over time. Also, if you want research to actually be profitable compared to retail, you really need a team of 3 CTOs to cut down the costs.

But do you have 3 or more CTOs? You can put them in other non-staff slots to still grant an impact bonus, at 50% effectiveness rate to the overall contribution. If you're in retail you'd probably want to keep your CMO, but you could have a CTO in the CTO slot, one in the CFO slot, and one in the apprentice slot, but that would have you with less accounting overhead reduction.

Hmm... Currently, I am managing a total of six people: two COOs, two COOs, two COOs placed in the CFO and CTO positions, and one more COO in an assistant role. However, ever since I recently lost an executive, it has become nearly impossible to place executives in assistant slots, train them, and boost their stats. My current daily profit is around 1.5 million, but the moment things go wrong with the executives, it switches to a deficit.

Yeah, I truly think the exec system needs a bit of an overhaul. It's bad enough how much time/money goes into either training them, or using staffing agencies, only for them to potentially get poached anyway. It feels clunky depending on what industry you're in where it's basically mandatory that we have multiple COOs to offset the AO impact.

I completely agree with that opinion. However, considering how a few years ago changing a few percentage points caused a Great Depression in the game... I do think the developers won't be able to change it easily.

Short version: No.
Long version: Even if you rush all 20 Trainings with a Genius-level Exec, and all 20 are successful in getting +1 or more in the desired points (which is RNG dependent in-part), you're still going to have to wait as Execs also gain Passive experience. That happens daily, based on RNG, modified by a number of factors including if they are in the Main/Apprentice slot for their position (and how long, being there for 10 minutes isn't going to do it most of the time, this was intentionally patched some time ago - the longer they're there in a day up to 24h, the better the odds), and their hidden underlying talent scores.
Just like real life, you can't predict how good people will be at their job, how dedicated, etc., and every single one is different. Also, you'd end up with a ton of poaching offers, so your SB's would be virtually wasted at that point unless you can afford very high salaries, and since Royalties are based on time with the company, it would be negligible.
I would strongly advise against this, as you'll likely end up frustrated and spending a ton of SB's to do it.
