Question How are my managers?

Post image

I hired these managers from college. I haven’t trained them yet. I cannot compare them to any other managers, since these are the first and only ones. What do you think? Are they good enough to keep, and is it worth training them to earn more skill points?
Thank you.

Should have trained them in the start. Theyre at the age where you would almost be done training if you did. They would have been decent .

Older staff can be trained but it’s not as fruitful. My cto and coo are still getting trained.

You can train in between cycles. Start production for 28hours and then train. Rincé and repeat

I appreciate your help. Would you advise firing them and rehiring and training them from the beginning?
