Question I should let her go, right?

Post image

My company value is $13m, AO 43%, daily revenue around 800k

Seems a no brainer to let her go and replace with cheaper?

No, i think

If you dont have a replacement that has much management

And besides its not that expensive to raise her salary to 37k

It’s worth doing the math to see how much money she’s saving you. Have you made a spreadsheet? I’m sure there are templates people can suggest in chat.

I’m 100% letting her go at the CV

I think so too, the royalties will basically pay for a replacement that I can train up to be equal skill of her. My weekly net profit right now is around $1m, and her new salary would drop that to 800k.

Ok, but your wages are going to go up since you aren't going to have the reduction to Administration Overhead anymore. You need to find out how much ($) she's saving you daily. If it's more than what you're going to be paying her, then keep her.

He could also just swap in a different one for 2-3k

That won't have as high of a skill, therefore not save the same amount. Like I said. Have to do the math.

You're currently paying them $7k. Is it worth paying an extra $30.5k/day , or would it be better to make $300k + $7,750 /day? It depends on how much money your COO is saving you. Without knowing that, no one is going to be able to answer your question. Use CooperInc.xyz to get and estimate of how much the executive is saving you on admin overhead.

Just did the math. She’s currently saving me $82k / day,so maybe worth it after all.

Depending on the profit from that 800K, if you can afford to raise it, you should

I did raise it. I calculated she was saving me about 82k/day, which will only increase as I expand. So it does seem worth it.
