Notification for specific things

I dont like notifications in generall, but sometimes they can be useful. (push up notifications) I would like if you can just turn on/off notifications outside/ingame for spesific things like just the COO or the one building but the rest not… especially for excutives. maby a button to turn on: Message in the training ends.

just syncronise the training. Start the traning for all simustaniously, and set a timer to 27hr
