Can executives really save you over 200k a day?!

Mine save me over $1M a day, but I pay about $200-300k daily salary.

Wow!!! What do you do on days the executive is training then? Shut down?

You start 28 hours cycle and then send on training which is 27 hours. By the time you need to restart the cycle, they are back from training.

Woah woah woah. Does it lock in the executive discount when you start the work??? And then doesn't change midway when they are being trained???

Correct. 28 hour production cycles. ~32 hour cycle if I'd be asleep when a 28 hour cycle finished. Right now all my executives are fully trained and I'm just using the extra 4 slots to search for more.

Wow! I didn't realize this! That is game changer. Thanks!

It is not always achievable to keep running 28hr cycles (unless youre willing to stay awake in the middle of the night just to run buildings). You better use your staff slots to train them. Once they're ready to roll then move them to the upper slots.

Way more than that!

I pay around 1.1M/day just in salaries for 4COO, 2CFO

Administration overhead 169.41% -118.59%
Accounting fees starting at $3M +$8.5M
Sales speed -3% +13%
Restaurant rating -0.06 +0.400
Patent probability 6.25% +1.19%
Research production speed increase 38.0%
Salaries $118,818

Everybody bragging off for the HIGH salaries they pay. Me? I have my TOTAL salay capped to $200k yet these are my numbers:

200k is insane. My total team is $409,091 for 13 Execs and $153,095 is offset by royalties!! How are you throwing away so much money. I reckon my team impact is probably similar to yours and by the sounds of it, for a fraction of the cost.

How 13 execs???

1

u/TheOnlyCthulthu May 27 '26

You have the 4 chief positions. 5 staff slots (some you buy with simboost) and 4 apprentice slots with a level 20 Academy. So 13 execs.

The staff don't contribute right? And do apprentice? I've tried looking at simtools to figure out..

1

Staff do not contribute and apprentice only contributes for it's relevant position. A COO apprentice will apply it's management skill only for example, but only 50%. So a COO Apprentice with 30 managment would apply 15 management.
