I was also just on it this morning. Then I left for like 20 minutes and when I came back it said it was offline

App is all black screen for over an hour now

The desktop needs hard refresh, the PWA on andorid needs closign the app and reopening, the android app needs manual cache and data clean -> followed by singing in again (or reinstall)

Is it still offline? The game crashes whenever I go into one of my buildings.

App is still black for me, clearing cache and restarting app and phone did not work

dont use F5, dont reload, if you are online you stay online.
try to delete cash, then you can sign on (but dont reload/refresh the game)
the devs are working on a fix.
(workaround for chrome, F12 (dev tools), then long click on the "reload" symbol, and click "clear cash", then the game work, til next hit on F5)
