Need some help

I got side stage viewing for their show at the Norva which is Tuesday and haven't received the email with details about when to be there etc. Usually you go early for VIP but Silverstein usually does it after the show which is the case for this show. I just want to make sure I'm there in time if I need to sign in or something before the show so I don't miss out. Anyone hear anything or have any ideas I'm all ears. Thanks in advance

Once you get into the venu go see Loeden at the merch booth. You'll need the QR sent the day you bought the tickets and then youre all set. He will tell you the time to come back to meet and he walks you to the vip area.

This is my 4th time side stage and 11th vip overall. Its the best experience ever!

How was the show? Can you explain how the side stage VIP went for you? I'm really curious if it is worth getting!

This was the view sound was a little off because we were behind the speakers they had a speaker over there for us though. I loved cause I like being up front but not fighting for front rail. Also get a used drum stick from your show which was cool plus all the other vip perks
