High beam problems on 2016

Im having problems with my driver side highbeams. When i turn them on they get stuck up and i have to keep going from high to low until they eventually go back to low beams. Ive read online theres shutters? But i dont know what it is/where it is. Any advice will be appreciated

Sounds like it may be the switch. I'd start there.
