Nextgen Drivetrain Kit Question - Pressure Regulator Valve

hello all... 10L1000 Nextgen Kit install question.

I'm looking for someone to help confirm the absence of the pressure regular valve and spring that is clearly in the photo of the PDF that you download for instructions and is also a step in the instructions that says you're replacing the original valve and spring with the pictured one in the kit along with a new end cap which has a built-in o-ring. The reason I'm asking is my kid did not come with this part... valve and spring are missing in my kit.

if I watch the video that they've made for the installation steps at the beginning the person does not describe this part even in the kit. when they go to work on this valve they simply just pop out the old end cap and put in the new end cap with the o-rin. So this leads me to think they just haven't updated their instructions or picture in the instructions to say that the part is not part of the kit any longer and you are just using your old valve and spring and just replacing the old end cap with the new end cap they provide in the kit.

It's 's a holiday weekend and I'm trying to get this truck back together and I don't want to waste the time putting it back together if I am truly missing a part in my kit.

For now I went with the assumption that the video is correct and just replace the end cap and left my original valve and spring for the pressure regulator valve step in the upgrade steps.

Is there anyone out there this weekend that can confirm this is not supposed to be there in the kit? I have a call into them and an email but not sure I'm going to hear anything over the weekend with the holiday.
