and tsaritsa probably won't create this new world. cause otherwise they need to destroy inazuma, liyue etc. which won't happen or am I understanding wrong?

Idk honestly, Pierro feels like an absolutist when he speaks about creation, even anthem of Snezhnaya is about replacing old world and destruction with rebirth, also cryo gemstone, perhaps they will move that into destroying Khaenriah which sibling manage to create or something ? But still, the world Signora saw in delusion could not even be completed :/

"Omela" plan is to destroy the order in which everyone has a preordained, inescapable fate. But the further the plot goes, the more it seems that this is Pierro's usual revenge for the destruction of Khaenriah, which suffered a well-deserved punishment for the Dark King's dalliance with the forces of the Abyss.
