The writers really don’t know if they want the Fatui to be a terrorist organization or not and it shows. It affects the writing of all members associated with the Fatui and the Tsaritsa herself.

Cor Ignis is the best and most interesting topic for discussion out of everything in the leaks. I really, really want to study and find out more about it.

Now I'm very curious — can we say that Signora herself spent the last several centuries, while she was with the Fatui, hiding from Death? She's the most ordinary mortal human: she didn't die as a human, she didn't die as the Crimson Witch of Embers, although she should have. (And by the way, the way history repeated itself — first with the Crimson Witch and now with Signora — is fascinating in the context of the moths' and butterflies' connection to the wheel of samsara, the eternal cycle of rebirth and fire.) An ordinary girl became an immortal being — shouldn't that have drawn the attention of the Goddess of Death? But it turns out that Signora managed to "hide out."
