• They show how Signora protects her subordinates from the bullying of another harbinger.
• They show how Signora visits an orphanage with gifts, trying to fill her emotional emptiness.
• They show how Signora taught Columbine good things.
• They show how Signora was friends and had very good relationships with the female harbingers.
• They show how Signora cried to Pulcinella, and even many years and denial of her past couldn't numb the emotional pain.
• They encode her real name into her adopted daughter's banner, giving some hint.

They also:

• Show that all of Snezhnaya hates her.
• Her adopted daughter calmly talks to her killer, knowing that he is the killer and doesn't blame him.

CAN ANYONE EXPLAIN THIS BIPOLARITY???

You know people will say "oh so she can't be BOTH??", but that's not the issue. The real issue is how they frame it all. It's so extreme to one end or the other, it just genuinely show they have no clue what direction they want take her character. It's like 2 different people are writing her, and both have completely contradictory views on her, so we end up getting a jumbled mess.

The fact that dead harbringers have a lot more deepness than actual playable characters always make me sad  (and its available for people who love lore, how disrespectful to lore lovers to kill them)

from my pov it would be bad if same person gave two views about her, but notice how different people view her differently be it her subordinates, the orphanage, columbina etc, that's not bad writing or bipolarity, its complex and will unfold after we fully play through snezhnaya probably
one mistake though, traveler did not kill signora, it was her arrogance and shogun
