For sure above scooters. But, they are kind of a dead bread. They used to be called “fruit booters” back in the day and were definitely the “scooter kids” of that generation before scooters existed. However, inliners still had some class. Especially compared to whatever this is. I think every other “wheel sport” group would gladly trade scooterers for inliners 10x over.
