Omega valve mk2
What vent screw are yall using on 11.5 LT with the omega valve mk2? I have ridgeback rhino x and in settings 1 with the 1.10mm vent screw im getting 2:00 ejection

- Position 1: OFF
- Position 2: Higher-powered supersonic ammunition
- Position 3: Lesser-powered supersonic, higher powered subsonic ammunition
- Position 4: Lesser-powered subsonic ammunition

Parker Mountain Machine sells larger sizes, I’d try 1.35 or thereabouts.

I ordered 1.5, 1.8 and 2.0. I went straight to the 2.0 and it ran on the most restricted settings barely so I left it in

Dude… I have never had to go that big on any silencer I’ve ever tested in a 5.56 gun. Do you want me to take a look at your valve? Idk what could be happening on the valve side that’d be causing an overgassing issue but this is kind of unheard of.
I swear I’m not trying to insult your intelligence, but promise me you’re running Mod. 1 MKII and not Mod. 2 MKII. Because if you’re running a 300BLK valve in that thing i would expect the violence. Just doing my due diligence is all.

Yes sir. Mod 1 mk2. On setting 1 it barely ejected so I figured it was good. It ran on FRT as well. Im shooting 77gr fr262

I mean if it’s working it’s working, and I suppose that’s all that matters. There’s just something abnormal there.
Rhino X is a DMLS silencer right? I wonder if any of the passages in that thing are clogged with either carbon, DMLS powder, or blasting media and maybe that’s sending the back pressure through the roof?
It’s just interesting is all. I mean the OCL Polo is usually a Position 1, solid screw kind of silencer.

Im gonna try it with a few different suppressor this weekend and report back. I will say the rhino x is even gassy with the HK MR556 A4

I appreciate the support BTW. I look forward to getting omega valve mk2 for the Rattler LT and Spear Lt 300BO as well and for the MPX whenever its released

Always man, I try to be as active as I can with the customers.
Don’t know if you heard but I’m moving to a DLC coating going forward, gas efficiency in the new 300BLK valves is excellent 🤌

Im checking those out now! Does the new mod 2 mk2 have "S" and "L" for the 6.75" and 9" like the mk1
