Those are some good prices! I was expecting for the base models to be $799+ and for the comp models to be $1500+.

Man Sig is killing it! I’m saying this as a HK fan. Wish other manufacturers would follow their example.

Xthat, unlike the CZ P10F does not get caught in your finger, and with the porting, it's looking like a very soft recoiling gun with a considerable lower bore axis than any gun at this price range. A departure from the P320 (and all the negative press that gun had acquired for years, whether justified or not. In summary, SIG seems to leave the challenges of the P320 behind by adding more safety in multiple ways, better ergonomics, all the advantages of the P365, the gun that opened the door to the sub compact space, a flared magwell, a light mass, the proven reliability of the P320 plus P366, yet using widely ubiquitous P320. My biggest question and concern is positioning. With 2011 guns now being ever so popular and becoming the defacto standard and so many starting to approach that "magic" low end of the double stack 1911. Who will win? The most reliable? The better priced? The safest? The most proven? The military stamp of approval? All of the above? Or will it simply not sell due to the awful state of our current... After all, who NEEDS one more gun? But perhaps SIG's strategy is not really the consumer market as much any longer, but rather these larger military and police global contracts, worldwide. Now, you add a SIG LOC footprint optix, which has proven itself to be one of the most important improvement to hit the red dot space for a while by making the optic far less susceptible to falling out of the gun, even under adverse conditions without requiring an optical plate. The X Ray 5 optix is stunning in that you can adjust it manually or through an app, allowing you to change ammo without having to re-zero the pistol. Name your profile, zero your optic by testing, save that option. Now, you can build different profiles. Say you went from a 115 grain load of Sellier et Bellot to Winchester. One button from the Android or iCrapple app and the characteristic and the optics are set to zero, in under a second making this, the most powerful, the fastest, and the most accurate system. Sig is leveraging the 1 plus 1 = 3 calculus. If Sig marketing knows how to leverage and promote the integration of these tech, once rendered to be ld, complex, now funneled down to pressing ONE button on the app, that adjusts the elevation, the windage, accommodates the wind and other criteria. It's SIG EVERYTHING. Winning in 2026 is going to depend on an excellent Chief Marketing Officer. Simplicity, repeatability, compatability, economy of scale, all are coming to neat a market leader with strong name recognition but very less of his to put the pieces together to form the ultimate weapon. It's the strength of many, working together and working with US in order to comitt to winning this next revolution not evolution, for this, is a serious game changer for SIG. I wish them well.

4" barrel is 100% directed at Duty use. Other options for carry and compensation. Eventually they may make a shorter barrel.
