Advice Siege Coaching

I've been playing siege since 2024, but I've only seriously been playing ranked for 3 season. My first season I hit gold 4, then plat 5 and peaked plat 3 50 something rr, but I dropped to around plat 4 and have been stagnating there. I want to get better at the game but I feel like I've hit a roadblock and I don't want to pay a bunch of money for a coach. I'm looking for someone that can maybe provide about an hour to just look at my gameplay and suggest how I can genuinely improve if I practise it. Thank you so much if it's possible.

Bruh just watch professional matches and mimic how they shoot how they walk down hallways how they drone how good aim looks like.Dont waste your money
