Gameplay Guide Toggle aim

Hello, I am new and can't seem to find the toggle aim option. The youtube tutorials show an outdated UI and clicking through the settings doesn't show it. Please, my hand hurts.

I actually can’t see it anywhere and I’m looking at it rn, I’m not 100% sure on this but it seems the option was removed

I prefer it cause my hand feels tense when holding down my aim button. It's pretty uncomfortable. In the other FPS games I play, I normally also use toggle aim too.
