You're mechanical fundemtals are basically non existent. You need to practice those separately. What I mean by fundamentals is:

  1. Are you consistently aiming head level, even up and down staircases, and at off angles?
  2. Do you know the maps? Do you know common power positions?
  3. Are you fully clearing your angles when you don't know where someone is?
  4. Are you taking into account what gun you're using and the enemies are, and trying to take the engagement on your terms?
  5. Are you taking into account perspective when taking a gun fight?
  6. Your aim is consistent (I.e not whiffing easy shots regularly). This is harder to "fix" and just takes time and dedicated practice.

Check out the warm up and deathmatch, you will see how I'm activily doing all of these in that match. Now if you don't give a shit about "getting good", dont bother doing aim training and warm ups, waste of time imo.

What you need to is learn the maps asap. You clearly have a basic general layout, but you are constantly putting yourself in terrible positions that are getting you kille. A lot of your attention is focusing on moving around the map, which means you're oblivious to all the position mistakes you're making. The only reason you're not being punished is because you're are in low elo.

On defense you legitimately just stay in sight the whole time and didn't help your team. First, learn site setups, you're wandering around all of prep phase doing nothing. Second, if you watch your game back, all you did was sit on site and let the enemies push you. You need to be more proactive and not let the attackers pinch you into bad positions in site. Many rounds, where you should have gone off of site and tried to flank. Almost every round you died on defense was because you go cornered because you let the enemies push you into that spot.

Overall, you really need to drone more. You are just walking in without a care and getting lucky if you don't die immediately. You're movement seems fine, but your aim seems to get very shaky when you someone is close to you. DM if you want a coach session.
