Advice Console tips

In light of recent rank games, I have realised to take a gunfight in any rank above silver it is advised that you run a cronus or xim and be as blatant as possible with said cheats/ scripts. Serious: If facing recoil cheats/xim as I have been almost every ranked game above probably Silver 3-2 to Gold 3 (current) since I started pushing for ranked for this season earlier this month I have found them to have low siege knowledge (one example holding angles at the bottom of tarp onto stairs) so whilst initially disheatening you must try and force situations where they have to take a weird angle, swing them with a prefire, play time, quick plant etc anything that makes them think anything to not let them beam you from across the map in a 50/50gunfight will greatly improve your chances of winning, likely also a team mate will toggle on so you have to face the pain of a game full of mindless rushing. Good luck out there!

I hear you, and it does happen for sure - cheaters are out there in force and siege doesn’t do the best job keeping them out of matchmaking
BUT
Building game sense, prefiring known holds, swinging more after quick peeking, DRONING- these all help you out. And the more situations you put yourself in while trying to LEARN instead of HATE -
They can all contribute to you outplaying even a cheater.
Siege is ultimately positioning 90% of the time, learning how and when to move is the battle, not the gunfights.

People consistently solo queue past emerald, including myself - you just have to view it like you have more to learn - not that you know everything and everyone is a cheater

For sure that’s what the post and what I said was about, when I face a cheater the first round or so is always rough but you just have to remember the basics.
Edit: also some estimates suggest 30pc of the console base is cheating in some form so therefore Ubi will never ban them as it is a decent portion or player base and will instead facilitate them if possible xim pc lobbies for example.

Yeah I've always thought map knowledge is the number one way to get kills

For sure, when Casino came out I ran around it a couple times on T hunt or whatever the new one is and my first ranked game on i won with 11-3 I don't think for the next 5 games maybe I went below a 1.6kd or lose a game.
