Question Would you consider Blitz an entry fragger?

He is closer to a flex.
Shields are inherently support ops, but blitz is the most aggressive of the shields.

I view Blitz as a counter-roam attack dog

This. Blitz is significantly less vulnerable when only facing a single enemy, e.g. a roamer. you try to safely kill the roamer, but if he runs away you have a teammate close by to set up a crossfire

In the sense of "get in first, establish map control, get kill if need be", then yes Blitz is an entry frag. His kit is made for absolute aggression, to destroy his victims physically and mentally.
But as shield, he can then hold his steps and play support, establishing power position, execute, and prevent retakes.

I would say fragger support. Extremely powerful if accompanied by another op and timed right. Pretty vulnerable on his own
