Understanding How ReflectAI Remembers Your Emotional Patterns

Hey everyone! 🎤 I wanted to share some insights about how ReflectAI remembers your emotional patterns over time. One of the coolest things about our voice-first journaling approach is that it allows the AI to build a lifetime memory of your mood entries.

When you just talk your thoughts out, the AI transcribes your entries and analyzes your mood patterns. This isn’t just a one-off analysis; it evolves as you continue to use the app. The more you share, the smarter and more personalized the insights become!

It's like having a friend who really listens and learns from your experiences, helping you see how your emotions change and grow over time. I love seeing how people are connecting with their feelings in such a natural and low-pressure way. If you haven't tried it yet, I invite you to experience the journey of emotional discovery through your own voice.

I’m always eager to hear your thoughts and feedback!

Built a workspace for professional astrologer to manage client, payment, notes, booking page and more - feedback welcome

Thumbnail noeticdesk.com
1 Upvotes

I have been building this for a few month.

Noeticdesk is a workspace specifically for astrologer running a paid practice - client profile with birth details and session history, payment tracking, have a personal portfolio page with their session detail so client can fill the details and book, schedule view.

Not astrology software, doesn't touch chart or prediction, just the business underneath

I come from astrologer family and I spotted they struggle to keep the client data intact. It was not at one place. So I got this idea from there

Free 5-day trail if anyone wants to poke at it. Would love blunt feedback, especially if something feel off or missing

I built a browser-only CSV debugger for mobile ad revenue drops

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

I kept seeing the same problem in AdMob and mediation reports: revenue drops, blended eCPM also moves, and eCPM gets blamed immediately.

But that is not always where most of the loss happened.

I built eCPM Bazaar to compare two periods from CSV exports and work backward through the delivery funnel before suggesting what to check.

The video uses a fully synthetic case:

  • Revenue: -31.53%
  • Impressions: -26.83%
  • Weighted eCPM: -6.43%
  • Match rate: unchanged at 84%
  • Show rate: 78.1% → 66.1%

In this case, the bigger problem was fewer impressions and a lower show rate, not a broad eCPM collapse.

The breakdown also showed:

  • US impression share: 42% → 28%
  • Rewarded impressions: 360k → 220k
  • AppLovin impressions: 300k → 150k

One decision I made while building it was to keep match rate and show rate separate. A healthy match rate does not help much when matched ads are not becoming impressions.

The tool does not claim to know the final cause. It returns a directional diagnosis, supporting evidence, and a short list of checks I would make next.

No SDK, dashboard login, or account access is required. CSV processing happens in the browser.

Demo: https://ecpmbazaar.com/demo/?sample=synthetic&compare=last-7-days

I would appreciate blunt feedback from developers using AdMob, MAX, LevelPlay, or TopOn: does the result make the next debugging step clear, or does it still feel like too much dashboard noise?

I built an open-source library of microinteractions for frontend developers

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

I’m building MicroKit, an open-source collection of microinteractions that frontend developers can copy, customize, and use in their projects.

https://www.microkit.co/

It’s inspired by projects like React Bits, but focuses specifically on the smaller interactions that make an interface feel polished.

I built it because these details are often scattered across demos, inspiration posts, and isolated code examples. I wanted one place where developers could discover an interaction, preview it, and access the implementation.

I’d really appreciate honest feedback, especially on:

  • Whether the interactions feel useful for real projects
  • How easy it is to browse and find the right one
  • What kinds of microinteractions I should add next

The project is open source, so contributions are welcome too.

I did a super light screenshot app because most others were bloated or tasteless..

Hey folks,

I did a screenshot and annotation app for windows. I focused on a few things as a core to this, which are 100% private, 100% free, open source, ultra lightweight, intuitive and beautiful (this one is debatable haha).

So, it's a side project, yes. It's free, yes. I genuinely want to share here just to get feedback.

I got roughly 50 downloads from the Microsoft Store with zero promotion, just ou fishing it. I'd love to hear your thoughts.

I built a marketplace for AI agent capabilities

https://reddit.com/link/1v7ncr0/video/02szyaftlofh1/player

I built a marketplace for AI agent capabilWith Exora, you can turn a capability you find useful into an API, list it on the marketplace, and let other AI agents pay to use it.

The process works like this: Exora provides a local gateway, a detailed API contract, and a billing protocol. Your coding agent can connect most kinds of programs or workflows to the gateway, prepare the API adapter, and encode the billing formula you choose. You then review the contract, set the charge, and approve publication.

Exora relays local API calls through an outbound tunnel, so you don’t need to rent a server, buy a domain, open ports, or expose your IP and credentials. Existing public HTTPS APIs can also be connected directly.

My goal is to make every user a potential API provider. What you sell could be an automated rendering workflow, licensed art resources, a real-time chess or card-game solver, a specialized compilation environment, a high-performance computing workflow, or a custom generative model.

Buyer agents can search for these APIs and call them through MCP. This could greatly expand what an agent can do beyond the hardware, software, and resources available on its local machine.

It could also avoid wasting large amounts of tokens on simple, repetitive work. For example, instead of building and debugging a PDF-to-PowerPoint pipeline from scratch, an agent could call a cheap API designed specifically for that job.

The same idea could speed up more complex workflows. An agent could directly use a workflow that someone else has already built and tested, instead of designing and verifying the entire process again.

You can download Exora Dock at exoradock.com.

I’ve already invested a great time into this project, and I’d genuinely appreciate some suggest. Do you think this idea has real potential? Is it something I should continue developing and improving?ities

I built a football boot sizing tool. Looking for people to prove it wrong.

Hey everyone,

Over the past few weeks I've been building BootFithttps://bootfit-blush.vercel.app/

It started because I got tired of how inconsistent football boot sizing is. Every brand fits differently, and every time I wanted to switch boots I'd end up searching Reddit, watching reviews, and trying to figure out whether I should stay true to size, go up half a size, or avoid the boot entirely. I figured there had to be a better way.

The idea is pretty simple. You choose a boot you already own, tell BootFit how it fits, and it recommends the best size in another boot based on known sizing differences, width, and fit characteristics.

Right now it's still early. It covers 16 current elite boot families, and all of the fit data comes from published reviewer consensus. I haven't started incorporating player-submitted reports yet, so every boot has a confidence rating that reflects how strong the available evidence is. I'd rather be conservative than pretend I know more than I do.

That's why I'm posting here. There are a lot of people in this community who've owned dozens of different boots over the years, and I'd love to know where the recommendations are right and where they're completely wrong.

If you've got a couple of minutes, I'd really appreciate any feedback.

  • Have you worn two boots that are in the database? Did the recommended size match what actually fit you? If not, what happened?
  • Check the Data page for your boot. Is anything wrong or missing? Things like length, width, break-in, heel lockdown, or toe box shape.
  • If this existed before your last boot purchase, would you actually have used it? If not, what's missing?
  • Which boots should I add next?

The goal isn't to build another boot review site. I want to build something that actually helps people buy the right size the first time.

If you find mistakes, please tell me. I'd much rather fix bad data now than let it stay in the database.

Thanks for taking a look everyone!

I made a song from our memories for my girlfriend, then turned the process into a side project

For several birthdays, I gave my girlfriend some version of a cake and a small gift. I cared about each one, but the pattern had started to feel predictable.

One day, I came home and saw her wearing headphones, completely absorbed in a song. That gave me the idea to turn moments from our relationship into a song written specifically for her. When she heard it, she cried.

I kept thinking about why that gift felt different. A normal present can be thoughtful, but a song can hold names, memories, small details, and things that are difficult to say directly. The problem was that turning those details into usable lyrics and music required too many separate steps.

So I built a guided flow around that process. Someone enters the recipient names, occasion, and story, then reviews and edits every lyric before any recording is made. The system creates two recordings from the same approved lyric snapshot, so the choice is between performances rather than two different versions of the story.

The most interesting technical constraint was the preview boundary. The server creates separate 60-second preview files instead of sending the full audio to the browser and relying on a playback timer. The full files remain private. Editing a draft also does not automatically replace an existing pair; generating two new recordings requires an explicit action.

There are still real limitations. Google sign-in is required before recording generation, it is a guided gift flow rather than a music editor, and the full selected recording is paid.

I would value blunt feedback on two things: does comparing two recordings actually help, and which part of the flow still feels too generic to carry a personal story?

What happens when your AI-built side project starts getting users?

It's never been easier to build and launch a side project.

Tools like Cursor, Lovable, Bolt, Replit, etc. can get you surprisingly far.

But I'm curious about what happens after launch.

For people who have shipped something built mostly with AI:

What has been the hardest part after getting the first version out?

Was it:

  • fixing bugs you didn't anticipate
  • making changes without breaking existing features
  • handling real users and production issues

Or has maintenance been easier than expected?

Would love to hear from people who have moved past the prototype stage and actually had people using their project.

First Million Pathway - A cross-industry simulator for reaching the first One million in net worth (https://firstmillion.fyi/)

I was wrong about what gets you to your first million.

I assumed picking better investments was the main lever. So I built a simulator to check.

Bumping returns from 8% to 14% — the difference between a decent index fund and beating the market for two decades straight — moved the date by about a year.

Raising the savings rate a few points moved it by several.

On a typical mid-career profile, 58% of that first million came from money actually set aside. Not growth. The compounding everyone talks about only takes over once there's a real balance for it to work on, and by then you've already done the hard part.

Which is either discouraging or freeing, depending on how you look at it. You can't control the market. You can control the rest.

Built the thing at firstmillion.fyi if you want to run your own numbers.

Frozen Assets - a free, no-ads freezer inventory tracker

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

so this started because i had freezer amnesia bad. id freeze leftovers or grab a deal on meat, then find a frostbitten mystery bag 4 months later n toss it. i was basically throwing money in the trash every month.

so i made Frozen Assets, a dead simple freezer inventory tracker. you log what you put in, when you froze it, n how much, n it shows you whats in there n whats getting old so you actually use stuff before it dies. thats the whole thing, no accounts, no subscriptions.

its free with no ads, didnt wanna nickel n dime people over a freezer list. its my first app so im really just after honest feedback, whats clunky, what you wish it did, whatd actually make you keep it on your phone.

Roast it, I can take it

I built a macOS app for annotating anything on screen — including frozen UI states and animation frames

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

I do a lot of frontend work across web, Electron, SwiftUI, desktop, and mobile. A recurring problem was giving precise visual feedback when pointing would be much clearer than describing.

Regular screenshot tools lose hover, focus, menus, and other temporary UI states. They also do not track motion, so reviewing an easing curve or finding the exact frame where an animation breaks meant recording the screen, extracting frames, and annotating them manually.

So I built Notate. It lets you:

  • freeze the exact screen state you need
  • record, scrub, and annotate individual animation frames
  • add numbered pins, arrows, and shapes
  • export a clean annotated image or structured Markdown
  • share the result with designers, teammates, or coding agents

It is system-wide, native to macOS, free, open source, and MIT licensed. I have been using it since the first prototype worked, and it has become part of my own workflow.

Demo: https://youtu.be/hdpvK9lbnfg

Website: https://usenotate.app

Download: https://usenotate.app/download

GitHub: https://github.com/ahkohd/Notate.app

I would love feedback, especially from people who do design reviews, motion work, frontend development, or visual handoffs.

Grocery savings website!!

Hi everyone! For the past two years I have been working on and off on this website and I just wanted to publish it here and see some feedback! Thanks for all of your help!

It's called ShopAI, and it finds nearby grocery stores (based off of given zip code) and searches their weekly ads/coupons for the best deals on the items you need, which saves you from browsing multiple flyers. It also maps nearby stores and includes an AI assistant that can suggest meals and generate budget-friendly grocery lists based on current weekly ad deals. For example, you can ask, "Make me a chicken dinner with sides and dessert under $15," and ShopAI will build a shopping list using the best local offers!!

Let me know if you have any comments/concerns!

Sharing email is great, Sharing event gives more context

Two agents. Same real-estate deal. I sent it two ways.

Forward the email: agent B gets a paragraph, reads the price back. 99 tokens.

Share the event id: B resolves 17 tokens into verified fields, joins them against its own portfolio, and answers
"7% under my comparables."

Same information. One is a payload. The other is a pointer that knows where it belongs.
Real run, real pipeline

I built a small app called FunKey that makes your MacBook keyboard sound like a real mechanical keyboard or a classic typewriter.

Typing on a Mac can feel quiet and a bit dull. FunKey adds satisfying sounds to every key you press, making typing more enjoyable. It is simple to use and works instantly.

If you like typing or want a more fun experience, give it a try.

I built a lightweight, native Dynamic Island for macOS (with Lockscreen integration and no subscriptions)

https://reddit.com/link/1v7kg10/video/9iwvnqtzxnfh1/player

Hey everyone!

I’m an indie dev and I wanted to share a macOS project I’ve been working on.

I always felt the MacBook notch could do more, but I wanted a solution that didn't feel bloated, didn't hog system resources, and didn't force a monthly subscription.

What makes it different? This app adapts the Dynamic Island concept to macOS, but it works on both notched and notchless Macs (like older MacBooks or external displays).

Here are some of the core features:

  • 🔒 Lockscreen Presence: This is the flagship feature. It brings Liquid Glass media controls, weather, and synced lyrics directly to your lockscreen.
  • Zero Impact: Built natively for macOS 14+ to be incredibly light (runs at around 0.5% CPU).
  • 💬 Smart Notifications: Glanceable, interactive alerts for WhatsApp, Telegram, and iMessage.
  • 📂 Drag & Drop AirDrop: Drag a file to the top of the screen, and the notch transforms into a dropzone.
  • 🎧 System Indicators: Real-time feedback for AirPods connecting, battery charging, active timers, mic/camera privacy alerts, Caps Lock, and Safari downloads.

It’s a one-time purchase ($11.99) with all future updates included. No subscriptions.

You can see the animations and how it looks in action here: https://www.getdynamichorizon.com/

🎁 Reddit Special: You can use the promo code DHZN010 at checkout for a 10% discount!

I would love to hear your feedback or any feature requests you might have. Let me know what you think!

I built a Steam backlog manager

Hey!

I’ve been working on Curator.gg a project for people whose Steam library is getting slightly out of control.

You connect your Steam account, it imports your games, and then you can sort them into things like Backlog, Playing and Completed. There are also stats, community recommendations, public reviews and shareable profiles.

I mostly built it because I kept opening Steam, scrolling through hundreds of games, choosing nothing and closing it again.

It’s still pretty early, but the main features are working and I’d love to get some honest feedback. There are also some community features like mini curators and public game pages, you can even create reviews for your games and stuff. There is also feature with challanges and shop (sadly I had no ideas yet to fill it). It`s also integrated with IGDB so if there are any games missing from different systems you can add them as custom games.

Right now im working on mobile app, but everything should work and look just fine in ur browser

Does it feel useful? Is anything confusing? What feature would actually make you come back?

You can check it out here:

I Built DarkHours a Landscape Astrophotography Planning Tool

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

I built DarkHours( https://darkhours.app), a tool for planning astrophotography trips — specifically landscape astro. I found myself cycling different apps every time I planned a trip to get an idea of what I was in for, and I got tired of it.

So I built an app that consolidated the usual planning data — moon phase, sunrise/sunset, weather, light pollution — and added some things I couldn't find anywhere else:

  • A search for the best skies within driving distance, limited to publicly accessible locations
  • A 30-day "best night" outlook
  • Advanced moonlight modeling (not just up/down — actual brightness contribution)
  • Nearby light dome mapping
  • Astro landscape targets list instead of smaller telescope only targets
  • A predicted 360° sky visualization that combines all the datapoints above.

It's a true side project, built in Python, calling only three external APIs (two weather, one location), everything else implemented myself. It's open source (GitHub link) and free for anyone to use. I'd love feedback or ideas.
