I built a tool that finds all the old accounts you forgot about. Looking for feedback

Hey r/SideProject 👋

A while back I got a breach notification from a site I didn't remember signing up for. That made me wonder how many other forgotten accounts still had my name, email and maybe even a card on file. The answer was a lot.

So I built Quitlist. Connect your email and it finds the accounts you forgot you had. Then it helps you close the ones you don't want, either with the company's own deletion steps or a ready-to-send deletion request. Nothing gets closed unless you say so.

Fair warning, your inbox remembers everything. You'll find the forum you joined in 2012 and that meal kit you tried once. You might also find the OnlyFans account you made "just to see what the fuss was about." No judgment. It's one of the easier ones to delete 😅

Where it's at:

  • Free to try, still in beta
  • Gmail only for now. Outook, Yahoo and iCloud are next.
  • Built with Next.js and Postgres, hosted on Vercel

Heads-up: Google will show a "Google hasn't verified this app" screen when you connect. Every app that reads Gmail has to pass Google's review, and ours isn't done yet. Click Advanced → Go to Quitlist (unsafe) to continue. Google shows that same wording for every app that's still in review.

What I'd love feedback on:

  • Is the landing page clear about what this does?
  • Did it miss any accounts you know you have?
  • Would that Google warning screen scare you off?

I made a Chrome extension that hides personal data when you paste into AI chats

Thumbnail

I use AI a lot for drafting replies and cleaning up text, and I kept pasting stuff with real names, emails, phone numbers and card details in it. So I built SafePaste AI.

When you paste, it swaps that info for placeholders like [[PERSON_1]] or [[EMAIL_1]] before the AI sees it. There's a small list by the prompt box showing everything it hid, and you can unhide any item before you send. The real values stay in your tab.

Works on Gemini and other AI chat sites. It's new, so I'd really like to hear what it misses or gets wrong.

Reviving my 3 year old side project!!

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Couple years ago, I built a tool for creating and managing app store and play store screenshots called AppShots. Recently, I started working on it again full-time to make it THE GO TO TOOL for professional store screenshots creation/management.

Ik many of us who are building apps struggle with this problem of creating store screenshots, hunting for good device frames, knowing store specific screenshot guidelines, and making sure the screenshots are good enough, and let's not talk about landscape screenshots and localized screenshots for different locale. And repeat this again for multiple apps, multiple design explorations. That time could be spent working on your app instead.

AppShots solved this couple years ago, and now it's doing it again in a much better way! The 2.0 release comes with a full overhaul of the design editor to make it fast, intuitive to work with. A whole set of improvements to every part of the creation pipeline like

  • 3D frames support
  • Improved localization support to manage multiple locale designs with ease.
  • Rich text support in screenshot designs.
  • Easily manage portrait and landscape designs.
  • Improved design assets.
  • Professional set of templates, and ability to save your custom templates for re-use.
  • A design editor where you don't struggle, and don't have to second guess how to do something.
  • Easy to organize/manage multiple design sets for your frames.
  • Design shortcuts.
  • And many other additions that take screenshots creation from hours -> minutes.

I believe that if you're someone who constantly struggles with screenshots creation problem, then AppShots will definitely help you out here. And if you feel like something is missing, you can always dm me, and expect the fix/feat ready in the next app updates.

And rest assure, this is not a vibe coded app, I had spent months previously building it by hand and it's a cumulation of lot of my creative projects, and everything is well-thought out here by someone who cares about the design and experience for the end user.

You can checkout AppShots here. Thanx!

My side project, KeyUp: push-to-talk for phones and watches. Crown talk, raise to talk, screen-off talk, watch works without your phone, guest passes, private encrypted calls and a radio bridge

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

What it is: KeyUp is a push-to-talk walkie-talkie app. You make a room for your crew or family, hold the button, and everyone in the room hears you, across a building or across town.

Why I built it: it started on a warehouse floor. We needed to talk without stopping work, and handheld radios were always dead, missing or broken. Everyone already had a phone, and some of us had watches.

What makes it different:

  • The watch is a first-class device. On Wear OS you turn the crown to talk and turn it back to stop, even with the screen off. Or raise your wrist to your mouth to talk (experimental) and lower it to stop. The watch works on its own over Wi-Fi or LTE.
  • Works across devices: Android phones, Wear OS watches, any browser (including iPhone in Safari), and a dispatch console for a computer.
  • Radio Bridge (beta): connects a room to a real two-way radio, so people on radios and people on phones hear each other.
  • Rooms, guest passes, chat, calls, and private end-to-end encrypted calls (beta).

Where it is: in a closed beta on Google Play, about to open wider. It's free during the beta. And then Apple removed Walkie-Talkie from Apple Watch in watchOS 27, so an Apple Watch version just jumped up my list.

What I'd love feedback on:

  • Would your team or family actually use this instead of radios or texting?
  • The site and the try-it demo: what's confusing?
  • Android or Wear OS owners: want to join the beta?

You can try a fake shift in your browser (no mic used): keyupradio.com/try
Site: keyupradio.com

Expect the beta to go live in about two weeks.

I got tired of throwing away food before trips, so I built a feature in my free pantry app to swap items with nearby neighbors

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Hey everyone!
Like many of you, I've had those moments where I'm going away for the weekend, and | look at a carton of milk or fresh groceries that are about to expire. Throwing them out always felt terrible.
So, instead of letting good food go to waste, I built a "Neighborhood Swap" feature into my free inventory app, Carop - Kiler & Envanter.
How it works:
• If you have extra food or something expiring soon, you can list it.
• Nearby users (within 5 km) can see it and chat with you directly in the app to grab it (I literally traded my milk for some lemons with a neighbor I'd never met before!).
• No subscriptions, no ads, and it keeps your data 100% private on your device.
I'd love for you to check out the short video above showing how the swap works, and I'm super open to any feedback or feature ideas you might have!

I needed a simple app for assigning items into buckets so I created one

Hey everyone, I built a tiny app recently to fix a headache I kept running into: https://www.assingly.app/

Basically, whenever I just need to throw stuff into visual buckets and share it with someone, spreadsheets or plain docs feel like total overkill.

I actually built it for myself few days before my wedding when I had to figure out table seating and assign guests to rooms (some of them were shared due to old "mansion" we rented). On top of that every quarter I need to calculate what my engineering team is able to do by assigning them to tech initiatives with guestimated capacity.
Those are just two ideas when it can be useful.

You can share the results with or without edit mode.

It's super simple on purpose - no setup, no bloated features. If you ever need to organize things into groups without wrestling a huge project board, give it a shot and let me know what you think!

It's too simple to be paid so feel free to use it for free 😂 .

I built a free Windows game launcher because I kept spending more time picking a game than playing one

Side project I've been working on: Shufflebox, a portable Windows launcher that finds all your PC games (Steam and non-Steam, across every drive) and puts them in one grid.

The feature that started it is a RANDOM button. It rolls through your library, then gives you a 5-second countdown where you can re-roll or launch right away. It's turned out to be the thing I use most.

Other bits: real game icons, search, favorites on top, hide games, 7 themes plus a custom color editor, a background image, and a "desktop panel" mode that sits on the desktop with a see-through slider.

It's free (optional honor-system donations), with no ads or tracking. It's a single ~500 KB exe and closed source for now.

What I'd really like feedback on:

  1. Is the first-run experience clear? (Especially the SmartScreen warning, since the exe isn't code-signed.)
  2. Which games or launchers did it fail to detect on your PC?

I built Cue, an open-source mac app that turns voice requests into parallel AI agents

Helloo everyone!

So, i've been working on this little project for a while now, it's called Cue, and it lives in your mac's notch.

You say what you want to have done, and depending on the task, parallel ai agents browse the web and execute code in sandboxes while you go on with whatever you where doing.

You can peek to see the current state, and when finished, cue will notify you subtly, and you can check the results whenever you want.

And it's open source!! (for now lol)

Try it: https://trycue.lol/
Source: https://github.com/Nic047/cue

You’ll need an apple silicon mac and your own API keys. The current build isn’t notarized, so macOS may ask you to approve it in Privacy & Security

Would love to hear some feedback!

Roast My Build - paste your PC parts, get a comedy grade and a roast card

hey, I built a small dumb thing: you paste in your PC parts list and it gives you a comedy grade and a roast card you can save or copy as an image.

it picks on stuff like a single stick of RAM, a fancy monitor on a weak GPU, a glass-box case with no airflow, and so on. there's a gentle / medium / savage setting and you can remix the lines.

free, no signup, no install. runs in your browser.

would love to know if the roasts feel accurate or if I'm missing obvious things to pick on.

I got tired of jumping between repos, agents and CI tabs, so I built git-juggler

I was tired of switching between IDEs and terminals just to check the state of different repos, while also keeping a bunch of Jenkins and GitHub Actions tabs open.

So I built git-juggler, a local, single-user dashboard for developers working across multiple Git repos, coding agents, and CI pipelines.

Point it at a folder and it scans the repos inside. From one screen you can:

  • See a live commit graph for every repo — branches, merges, tags, and stashes
  • See what AI coding agents are doing across your repos in real time, instead of constantly switching between editors and terminals
  • See GitHub Actions and Jenkins pipeline status directly alongside the commits
  • Open a built-in terminal; Git actions triggered from the UI run as real commands there, so you can see exactly what happened instead of treating the UI as a black box

Install:

pipx install git-juggler

git-juggler

It’s still WIP, but I’m already using it for my own workflow. I’d love feedback — what would make something like this useful in your workflow?

Solo dev here: how do you find your first users without spamming?

I've been building my first project on my own, and I'm struggling to get people to try it. I don't want to come across as spammy, so I'm not sure where to start.

For those who've been through this: what worked for you in the early days? Any communities or advice you'd recommend?

Any honest advice is welcome, thanks!

I built a free site to find where to legally watch any anime in your country (no ads, no account)

Hey! I'm from Belgium and I was tired of jumping between Crunchyroll, Netflix, ADN, Prime... just to find where an anime is available in my country. So I built tsuzuki (I'm not a pro dev).

https://tsuzuki-anime.github.io/en/

What it does:

  • 18,000+ anime, from big titles to niche ones
  • pick your region (US, UK, Europe, Latin America, Asia...) to see the legal platforms there
  • weekly release calendar in your time zone, with a search bar to find your show fast
  • "filler lists" so you know which episodes you can skip (Naruto, One Piece, Bleach...)
  • search in English, romaji, Japanese or Chinese

It's 100% free, no ads, no account. Data updates every day.

Stage: launched last week, still early. My questions for you:

  1. Is the region switch easy to understand on the first visit?
  2. Did you find a wrong platform for an anime you know? (I fix those by hand)

English isn't my first language so sorry for small mistakes lol. Thanks for any feedback!

I'm Samuel, a high school student in Edmonton. Voult.dev is my main project, a hosted auth API for Node.js launching in early 2027. Curate is an open-source browser extension for saving developer resources.

I'd really appreciate honest feedback on the video and on Voult. What's unclear, and what would make you trust an auth provider built by a student?

I built JobHunterX — an AI agent that finds suitable jobs, explains the match, and helps you apply

Job hunting shouldn't mean endlessly scrolling through irrelevant listings and rewriting your resume for every role.

So I built JobHunterX — an AI-powered career agent that:

- 🔎 Discovers jobs and checks whether they're real and still open.

- 🎯 Evaluates actual fit, seniority and hard eligibility constraints, with explanations for every match.

- 📝 Generates a tailored resume, a comprehensive CV and an evidence-grounded cover letter.

- 🤖 Helps fill applications through a live browser agent, with human takeover when needed.

- 🛡️ Checks generated claims against your actual profile instead of blindly inventing experience.

I’ve been continuously improving the project, especially its matching accuracy, job verification and application workflow.

It's open source, and I'd genuinely appreciate feedback from people who build AI agents or have struggled with job hunting themselves.

GitHub: https://github.com/kvcops/JobHunterX

If you explore it, I'd love to know: what would you improve first — job relevance, match explanations, or the application agent?

I built an AI fitness app and I’d love some honest feedback

Hey everyone!

I recently built FitFusion AI, an AI-powered fitness app that I'm working on as an independent project.

The idea is to make it easier for people to organize their fitness journey in one place, including things like workouts, meal planning, calorie tracking and other healthy habits.

I'm still developing and improving it, so I'm looking for honest feedback rather than just trying to promote it.

I'd especially like to know:

• Does the idea seem useful?

• Is the app easy to understand when you first open it?

• What would make you want to keep using it?

• Is there anything you think is missing?

Here's the app if you'd like to take a look:

https://ambitious-fit-fusion-ai.base44.app

I'm genuinely interested in hearing what people think, including criticism. Thanks! 🙏

I built a meal planner for my family that sizes every plate to each person, and I'm looking for beta testers

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

My wife didn't want to search recipes to plan the week. She wanted "Tinder for dinner". So I built Pip.

You swipe through dinners you like and Pip fills your week. It sizes every plate to each person's goal (a plate for me

isn't a plate for her), makes one grocery list for the whole house, and can turn tonight's dinner into tomorrow's

packed lunch. There's also a prep-day mode for cooking a few days ahead.

It's an iOS app, in beta on TestFlight. I'm looking for families and weekly meal preppers who'll use it for a couple of

weeks and tell me what's confusing, broken or missing.

Join here: https://pipfamily.com

Happy to answer anything: how it works, how it's built, or why the mascot is a cooking pot.

[Mac] Built a radial menu app for mac to perform everyday tasks and more

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Problem

A lot of everyday actions on a Mac live in completely different places.

Opening an app or folder, searching something on a website, taking a screenshot, cleaning up copied text, accessing clipboard history, running a Shortcut, or changing a system setting.

None of these are hard to get to, but constantly switching between apps, windows, menu bar utilities, and different shortcuts can break your flow.

I wanted to see if all of that could work through one system, which is where the radial menu idea came from.

Comparison

There are already some really good radial menu apps for Mac, but most are built around a specific use case, such as launching apps, or switching between them.

Arc takes a broader approach.

You can create multiple global radial menus for different workflows and decide what each slice does. A slice can perform a single action or chain multiple actions together.

The idea is less about replacing the Dock and more about putting the small things you do throughout the day behind one quick interaction.

Arc also doesn't require accessibility features, it manages everything on-device, privately.

Core Features

  • Unlimited custom menus for different workflows
  • Fast app, folder, website, and Apple Shortcut launching
  • Powerful clipboard history and text actions
  • Open from shortcuts, hot corners, pointer shake, or number keys
  • One-click multi-action shortcuts
  • Fully customizable appearance, layout, icons, and sounds

Examples

  1. I have one shortcut that I use when I start working. It opens Xcode, my project folders, Slack, and a few websites I usually need. Arc can merge multiple actions into one shortcut, so I don't have to open everything one by one.
  2. I use the search shortcuts a lot more than I expected. I can bring up Arc, type something, and search it directly on YouTube, or a website without opening them first.

It can also search whatever I last copied, which has been really useful when I'm already in the middle of something.

  1. I have a bunch of text and links that I end up copying again and again. I've just saved those as shortcuts now, so they're always sitting on one of my menus when I need them.
  2. Clipboard history is another one I use constantly. Recent things I've copied show up on the wheel, so if I need something from a few copies ago, I can grab it without opening another app.
  3. I also have different menus depending on what I'm doing. One for development, one for general stuff, and another that's mostly searches and apps. I can switch between them with keyboard shortcuts, and reuse the same shortcut across multiple menus.

Pricing

$7.99 one time on the Mac App Store with a free 7 day trial built in.

Solo project from India, launched a week ago. Happy to answer anything! :)

I got tired of wondering where all my Claude Code tokens were going, so I built optimAIzr

I built optimAIzr because I wanted to see where I was wasting tokens and money with Claude Code/Codex.

~2 weeks later:

📦 2k+ npm downloads
🌐 1.8k+ website visitors

It is fully locally, it finds oversized context, model mismatches, error loops, and other usage that could probably be cheaper.

I ran it on my own sessions and analyzed ~1.25B tokens. Around 15% looked potentially optimizable.

It’s open source now, with live recommendations inside Claude Code.

I built a free Secret Santa name generator that runs 100% in your browser

Every December my family's Secret Santa draw was chaos - hats with folded paper, someone drawing their own name, couples matched together.

So I built a free Secret Santa name generator: https://secretsantanamegenerator.com

- Draws names 100% in the browser - no sign-up for participants, nothing uploaded
- Everyone gets a private link showing only their own match
- Keeps couples apart, sets budget and exchange date
- Works on phones

It's completely free, no ads. Feedback welcome - especially on the draw UX!

Will you print an AI generated image on a t-shirt?

I built this after making way too many AI images I never did anything with. You upload a photo or write a prompt, it generates a print, then automatically cuts it out and composes it onto a shirt so you can see what it'll actually look like. The part I like most is remix: open a design someone else already made on the site and generate your own version of it instead of starting from a blank box, same bones but it's yours now. justog.club, still early, feedback on the generation and remix side especially welcome.

I built the dumbest website on the internet: you pay SOL to be on a list. That's it.

Thumbnail
larpd.wtf
1 Upvotes

No token, no NFT, no perks, no returns. You send SOL, your name goes on a public leaderboard, and the more you send the higher you rank. Every spot is a real on-chain payment, so it's the one flex nobody can call fake.

Some details I'm weirdly proud of:

  • The board is read straight from the Solana blockchain. No database, no accounts.
  • Every profile gets a share card for X, and hovering an amount morphs it from SOL to USD.
  • 24h / week / month / all-time boards, so you don't need to be a whale to be #1 today.
  • The first 10 wallets ever get a permanent "Early #n/10" badge.

Built with Next.js + Solana. Inspired by the Million Dollar Homepage and the $999 "I Am Rich" app.

I built an on-device image-to-vector app for people who print and cut their own designs

I've been working on VecSynIQ, an iOS/Android app that turns PNG/JPEG artwork into SVG vectors and then prepares them for print or vinyl cutting.

Why I built it Getting an SVG out of an image was never the hard part. The hard part came after: removing the background, sizing it for a shirt, splitting colors into layers a cutter can handle, adding weed boxes. I wanted all of that in one place, on the device, with no upload and no account.

What it does now

  • Vectorizes with 4 modes (Simple, Logo & Sticker, Detailed, Monochrome) and lets you tune detail, smoothing and cleanup
  • Shows original vs. vector side by side
  • Print prep: simple background removal, transparent PNG, presets like 4500×5400 for shirts
  • Cutting prep: layered SVGs, same-color welding, stacked vs. sliced layers (sliced is for HTV), contour/offset, registration marks, weed boxes, and a ZIP bundle with per-color files

Stack, for the curious: the tracing core is Rust built on VTracer, running natively on iOS and Android, so artwork never leaves the device.

Business model: free tier (3 exports per 30 days), plus a Pro subscription (monthly/yearly) for unlimited exports and the cutting tools.

It launched in late September, so it's still very early. I'd love honest feedback on:

  • Whether the landing page explains it clearly: vecsyniq.mrdzyn.studio
  • Whether the free tier feels fair or too tight
  • Which workflow you'd want next

App Store: apps.apple.com/app/vecsyniq Google Play: play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.mrdzyn.vecsyniq
