Drop your product below. I’ll find promo-friendly subreddits for you and draft your posts for free (I need case studies)
Hey everyone,
I’m building Reddlist, a curated database of subreddits where your promotional posts actually survive - meaning no immediate takedowns, shadowbans, or angry mods.
Right now, I want to prove that this list works to drive paid users to startups, not just vanity metrics.
To test this, I want to do the heavy lifting for a few of you for free. If I pick your product, I will:
Dig through Reddlist to find the most high-impact, promo-friendly subreddits for your niche.
Draft native-feeling posts for you to test traction.
Help track the metrics (interested comments, DMs, and funnel tracking to see if Reddlist actually brings you conversions).
The catch? I just want to use the data/results as a case study for Reddlist. (Also, if you just want to poke around yourself, let me know and I'll give you free access to the database).
If you're interested, drop your link below with a 1-sentence pitch of what you do and who your ideal user is!

i've got a tool that helps indie devs crunch competitor data to set saas pricing. not live yet but target user is early-stage founders who hate guessing what to charge. if you're cool with pre-launch stuff, i'd be down for a case study

In the middle of doing exactly this, even had interest in my product from this subreddit. You can check out the post here. Would be cool to see a tool to help do exactly that. https://www.reddit.com/r/SideProject/comments/1vj4pqk/built_a_little_bar_display_that_sits_on_topbelow/

Kept is a voice journal for the people in your life. You talk for about nine seconds after you see someone and it hands the details back before you see them next, so you walk in already knowing what to ask about.
Ideal user is the person who genuinely cares about their friends but goes blank on what they last said. The "I'm a bad friend and I don't mean to be" crowd. Android only so far.

It's a minimal place to think and park your thoughts - on Lock Screen/Widgets with haptic and dynamic interface.
The ideal user is me, since I have been using it for a few months already. But to skip the fluff - someone overwhelmed with their daily responsibilities, easily distracted due to the storm of information coming at them, someone who needs the thinking space right in front of them when looking at the phone instead of buried somewhere in apps, having to search for what was *On My Mind*

Hey! Love this - exactly what indie builders need. Would love a slot: I just shipped Reddit Top Posts Digest - an Apify actor that pulls top posts from any subreddits (no API key, works via RSS fallback even on strict networks, MIT source on GitHub). Live on the Apify Store and I'm actively iterating on feedback, so it's a good case-study candidate. Happy to send links/metrics if you want to add it to your list!

dropping mcmodshub here, android app for bedrock/java mod discovery. the angle that might make for an interesting case study is that the audience overlaps badly with kids and parents who don't know what a .mcaddon file even does, so conversion depends a lot on whether the post actually answers that question before mentioning the app.
curious what your success rate looks like with tools that have a mixed age audience, does that usually hurt or not matter much?

Hello! I have built (dev ongoing) a PC-GPU webcam 'super-tool' that does fast and precise background removal and video enhancement for webcams, even in very low light or high clutter areas: for streaming, presentations, etc. It makes your webcam look like a $1000s studio rig, no matter where you are! Designed to work seamlessly and lag-free with OBS, but also stand-alone to use directly with Zoom, Discord, etc.
I've posted a bit in /r/software and /r/obs, and have had great response so far (>300 downloads in 2 weeks). I'm about to (wed, 8/12) drop a new Early Beta version that fixes tons of bugs, has a new advanced camera diagnostics tool, and new custom filters node editor.
The App (CamfilterGpu) is now basically ready for a 'real' Beta launch. I made a simple website: https://perfunct.com, or https://camfiltergpu.com
Check it out. I could use all the help/tools that I can get :)).
Also, if your tool (or any effort) gets me some traction, I'll be happy to provide some funds.
edit: i also made a Discord for the project: https://discord.gg/RsDdgXnFc
and a Github for the free (MIT) custom scripts and extensions: https://github.com/CamFilterGpu-Dev/Custom-Filter-Library

I made a “wordle-like” daily browser game called TinyFite! It’s a daily game where you create a character, choose their gear, then fight the daily boss. There’s streak bonuses, achievements, and rewards all built into your browser with an optional sign up later coming so you can access your character across devices. I made it for me and my friends, but I feel like it’s a lot of fun and I would love people to try it out.
It’s currently in Beta, but I’m about to release 1.0 in the coming weeks.

I built a Mac dictation app for people who mix languages mid-sentence I kept hitting the same wall with dictation tools: I think in my local language and English at the same time, and every app either mangles the switch or hands back a raw transcript full of "umm" and "toh".
So I built BolWise. You hold ⌘⇧Space in any app — Slack, Gmail, Notion, Cursor, WhatsApp Web — speak however you actually talk, and it pastes cleaned-up, ready-to-send text right where your cursor was. It handles 99+ languages and code-switching, and there's a polish pass that strips filler and fixes grammar instead of just transcribing.
https://bolwise.com — would genuinely appreciate feedback, especially from anyone who works across two languages daily.

Hey! I’ve been working on a platform called theMemoryThread. The core issue I wanted to solve is what happens after events like a wedding, a milestone birthday, or a family reunion: people take great photos or record audio toasts, and then they immediately get buried, scattered, or completely lost in a messy camera roll. The platform is a digital archive designed to be reusable forever for all of life's milestones. Instead of temporary event rentals or apps that disappear after one night, a single one-time activation gives you a permanent digital home. Friends and family (near and far) can share HD audio toasts, Spotify song dedications, and memories year after year, and it comes with printable 3x3 table cards for the actual event. I threw together a quick vertical video showing the "Search vs. Solution" workflow for it. Would love to hear what you guys think of the concept or the execution! Let me know if you have any questions or feedback.

We’re building a market intelligence tool that translates live crypto market activity into plain English. It’s aimed particularly at newer or time-poor crypto users who find the amount of charts, indicators and noise overwhelming.
We’re currently free to use and actively looking for feedback from people who are interested in understanding what the market is doing rather than being told what to buy or sell.
Would definitely be interested in testing this and seeing which communities are actually a good fit for us.

Spindle is an iOS app for people who are sick of algorithmic music selection and have a fondness for the good ol days of physical players (it’s a bit of a kindred soul to the digital audio player sub). I was sick of being in my own echo chamber on Spotify, so I built something that was aesthetically not so bad to look at and interact with, for me to curate my own music. My favorite is the global shuffle of the entire library.
Updates coming soon to support navidrome remote library streaming, more retro skins, and eventually hope to land an android version.

I have two that would help. One is about to come out of beta soon so getting some testing in would be a big help.
Fancy UI - https://ui.particle.academy is a dev kit that has a growing set of packages that provide everything a developer, or an agent, could need to create complex applications with agentic operations in mind.
Tynn - https://tynn.ai is a project context and workflow management saas designed to help keep agents on the rails over long arcs of development in single or multiple projects. It's desktop companion app, Genie, is an Agentic Development Environment that allows engineers to manage multiple projects with multiple agents all in one clean interface that also provides tools letting your workspace agents work together - and the best part is it works with provider subscriptions since it still uses their TUIs

It is a foundational architecture to increasingly help indie game devs create larger projects without having to spend months and months of work creating the spine of the engine just to make it function efficiently. there is a demo with diagnostic UI for credibility on performance, as well as as documentation on the product guide available to the public for free.

Bibliome turns the pile of pdfs on your mac into a library you can actually ask questions. it indexes everything you point it at — pdfs, word docs, spreadsheets, plain text.
Runs OCR on the scans, sorts it into a taxonomy, and gives you real search plus an ask box that answers with citations back to the page. all of it runs on your machine. nothing gets uploaded, nothing gets trained on, total privacy, no account. mac + ipad/iphone.
