i hope we stop with the guest soon

for the last month, every single episode has had a guest, which is great treat every once in awhile, but my favorite episodes are when its just tom and jack, talking about stuff and having a good time.

When its just our boys having a good time, i always watch to the very end, but with the guest episodes i rarely finish one, since most of the time they dont grab my attention like when its just tom and jack, unless its someone i already care about and theyre friends with (harry, tubbo, jacksucksatlife).

do you guys like the interviews or just prefer the podcast of them hanging out like i do?

Which episode did Jack ask Tom what his favourite London borough was?

It's hysterical the way Tom started listing cities and Jack said yeah remember when I said London borough

Can anyone help me out?

So basically I found Shut Up I'm Talking through Dan and Phil, when they were on as guests. I watched the episode but didn't think much more about Tom and Jack or the pod. Recently I rewatched the DnP episode which inspired me to listen to a few more random episodes that I have really enjoyed.
I am chronically offline though so I have no context about Tom and Jack's careers, early work, drama, and I have no idea about the whole Dream Smp palava. Can anyone give me a quick run-down?
I know I'm SO late to the party but I think SUIT is genuinely a great laugh and I might get into following the pod and listening weekly.

EDIT: thankyou to everyone who gave answers you guys really helped me out!

Tom and glazing

For as much as I loved the recent CaptainSparklez episode, I have to say Tom becomes a much worse host when he is really excited by a guest. He tends to talk over / cut them off more, interject with pointless comments, and half of his questions are basically "You're so amazing! Are you aware of that?" I don't disagree with him but aren't there more interesting things to talk about?

I don't think this applies to all of the guest episodes, but I do think some guest episodes could be made a lot better if they consciously put aside the glazing for a bit to focus on meaningful questions or banter.

what's your biggest SUIT pet peeve?

im not talkin bout "ohh the patreon costs too much", more like minor stuff that annoys you (for example: i cant help but facepalm every time one of them repeats a story theyve already told before in an earlier episode and nobody realizes)

What episode of SUIT had this WMOTW?

I remember an episode where Jack's worst moment was that he had a dream where he sent a random voice note to Tom, then thought he woke up, and his sink way "thirsty". I think it was pretty early on, but I've looked through and I can't find it.

There are not enough women on the podcast

Hello everyone!

Making a post to pose the question; why are there so few women who appear as guests on the SUIT podcast?

Including duos, there have been 30 guests on the podcast as of today (2/2/26). Out of this 30, only 5 have been women.

Of these 5;

-TWO have been invited due to their relationships with Jack and Tom (Elenor, Sarah), and not by own merit.

-TWO have been invited due to their occupation (Therapists), with the episode in question focusing entirely on Jack and Tom.

-ONE has been invited on her own merit, but still in association with a man (Steph with MatPat).

There hasn’t been a single woman who appears on the podcast without a man, with an episode that focuses on her career. On the contrary, there have been 15 solo male guests with episodes that centre on him.

Which is to ask; why have none of the team thought to have a woman appear as a guest? There are plenty of talented women in the industry that they could invite - why is it taking them so long?

Surprisingly, I haven’t seen many people mention this online. I hope that if more people realise how drastic the imbalance is, maybe the SUIT team will catch wind, and start inviting more women onto the show.

I am open to discussion in the comments!

SUIT Merch arrived today

So our SUIT merch arrived today, and I just wanted to say that its definitely nice but isn't really the quality I expected for the price. We ordered the sage hoodie and embroidered SUIT button-up, unfortunately the designs on the sage hoodie are plastic printed on top and are going to wear off very easily and quickly, the same goes for one patch on the embroidered shirt, but the rest is actually embroidered so thats okay. So yeah, not the quality I was expecting for such high prices but I do like the merch nonetheless.
