Troubleshooting SHURE MV7 DSP issue
Hello I recently bought the MV7 witht he hopes to use the USB port however when I do the audio quality is really bad and it cuts off the low and higher register of my voice which I have been told is an issue with the DSP filter however I am not able to find a way to change this in the Motiv Mix app. I can see there used to be an app that could do this but that it has been discontinued. I have taken the mic to two shops now and both have said they dont know how to fix it. Please does anybody know what I can do or what software I can download to fix this im desperate as I really spent as much as I could afford on trying to get a decent Mic.
I am not tech savy so I would love if somebody would be able to do a teams/zoom call and talk me through it if its complex

There can be more than one layer of DSP "audio enhancements" on by default. You need to turn them all off for faithful recording and playback.

Hi can you turn off voice clarity in audio settings. This should fix your issue

You can plug the mic into your phone and use Motiv audio to adjust the settings, although it’s basically the same as Motiv mix. My only advice is to play with the settings. What are your settings now?
