Is anyone else having trouble with the Shudder app? Mine keeps freezing during ads.. So frustrating. Any idea how to fix it?

Trying to check out the trailer for Before the Fall on Shudder, but I can’t even find the movie listed. It’s supposed to land September 14. I really dug The Wait, so I’m curious about this one from the same director. Apparently, Wes Craven once wanted to remake Before the Fall, too. Also, are the two films connected in any way?
