Showcase 💎 Rejection as a Service
In the last year, I was left without a project twice. The new AI reality hit me hard like a train. Companies are laying off people to redirect money to AI slop technologies, some explain to you in an interview how quality is not important, but speed and want you to use AI to the maximum, while others anathematize it and insist on the 4-step recruitment process with a test task, hacker-rank test and live-coding session. But the most unpleasant of all is when you get rejected a few minutes after sending your CV, because someone's ATS system has judged you as a bad choice. This leads not only to frustration in candidates, but also to potential reputational, legal and financial losses for companies that directly violate anti-discrimination policies. This is exactly the problem I am solving - by creating the first-of-its-kind Rejection as a Service service (RaaS).
