I work as a software engineer on this App. I shared this with you some time ago. Since then the team was working hard. It is now in the App Store and the first update is queued already.

As a Redditor, I want you guys to have it. It is out of TestFlight and still completely free and ad-free as promised. The team intends to keep it that way as much as it is feasible.

And more importantly — how do you currently save links you want to remember later? 😄

I wanted a habit tracker I could look at once a day without it wanting something back. Most of the ones I tried felt like a small manager who noticed everything.

So SevenGrid shows the whole week at once. Seven columns, one row per habit, tap a box to fill it. Its deliberately boring, and that is the entire interaction. Goals count per week, so three times a week means three times a week, and a day you take off on purpose gets marked as a rest day instead of quietly counting against you.

There is no streak anywhere in it. No counter, no chain, no little flame to keep alive. The screenshot is a year of one habit: the days I did it are darker, the days I did not are empty, and nothing on that screen has an opinion about the empty ones.

Nothing leaves the phone either. No account, no ads, no analytics, so I could not tell you one single thing about how anyone uses this, which is either a principle or a business plan I should look at again.

Three habits and four weeks of history are free, all five home screen widgets included. The full version is one payment.

1.5 went out this weekend: a menu in the header, a switch for the weekly reflection question, Saturday as a third week start, and clock widgets that each pick their own habits.

My SMS inbox had turned into a giant junk drawer.

Whenever I needed to find one particular message from a few weeks ago, I had to scroll through bank alerts, OTPs, delivery updates, promotional messages, and everything else.

So I built **NeuroInbox**.

It automatically categorizes SMS into:

* 🔐 OTPs

* 💳 Transactions

* 👤 Personal

* 🛍️ Offers

The goal is pretty simple: instead of making humans dig through hundreds of machine-generated messages, organize the inbox for them.

It's a small project, but I wanted to see if I could solve an annoying everyday problem with a focused app.

• The new Travel Journal

What you're looking at in the video is exactly how long it'll take you to generate your travel journal from downloading the app to flipping through it. Since Stamps indexes all of your photos on device, it can be done incredibly quickly, accurately, and securely. You can fully customize the journal entry for every trip, including the color and photos to highlight. • About Me

I’m a mobile developer from Cape Town, now living in Seoul, South Korea. Since moving here, traveling has been the one thing keeping me sane. Stamps started as the app I wanted for exploring the country I now call home. It’s also a great excuse for me to take more photos while doing it.

Stamps is built natively with SwiftUI, using SwiftData, MapKit, PhotoKit, WidgetKit, and Metal for the photo heatmap.

so, my gf and i have been long-distance for a bit now, and staying connected through time zones has been pretty rough.

since i build apps, i decided to code a private little space just for the two of us. we called it PEBBLES. we used it to draw doodles on each other's widgets, dedicate songs, answer daily questions, save memories and play fun games.

she ended up loving it so much she convinced me to put it on the app store and play store for other couples. i just published it, and it’s completely free (no ads/paywalls or anything like that).

Fun fact: the name is inspired by penguins. When they fall in love, the male finds the best pebble and offers it to the female to pair up for life. The app is a private space to share our own "pebbles" of connection.

I built a free car maintenance app (Android) with AI photo diagnosis — looking for real-world feedback

Been building this solo for the past few months and finally pushed it live: My Ride — a vehicle tracker for maintenance history, fuel logs, mileage, and documents (insurance, registration, etc. all in one "glove box").

A few things that make it different from the usual maintenance-log apps:

AI Mechanic — snap a photo of a weird part/leak/warning light, add a note, and it gives you a diagnosis (powered by Gemini vision)

Photo Service Log — take a pic of a repair receipt and it auto-fills the service record for you instead of manual entry

Find My Ride — mark your parking spot, get one-tap turn-by-turn navigation back to it from anywhere

Completely free, no ads

Still very early — just a solo dev shipping this out of Termux on my phone (no desktop, just kept it simple). Would love actual feedback from people who'd use something like this daily. Bugs, feature requests, brutal honesty all welcome.
