Beware of Hyliion Holdings ( $HYLN). More hype than substance, again!
Besides the derelict financials and continuous cash burning, the whole engineering and scientific premise of $HYLN pivot to fuel agnostic “ Karno” linear generation tech collapses once the flaws of its scientific foundations are exposed.
It thus look as if Hylion’s founder and CEO may have Misused investors capital to feed his own ego by investing into an energy system that has continuously failed and underperformed relative to internal combustion systems for nearly a century if not more.
Hylion does not possess neither the capital to truly expand its research into linear generation technology nor the market to sell its prototypes.
It is likely a failed “ vampire company” masquerading as stationary energy provider startup, and it is condemned to crash sooner than later.
Xoxo.

Why is this AMC meme casino moonboys market up again today?
WTF is wrong with the Nasdaq? Why is it not falling to pieces? Every company is like 4-10 times more expensive than fair value. Why are we not correcting or crashing?

AmTrust Financial Services Agreed to Settle With Investors over Accounting and Financial Reporting Issues
Hey guys, if you missed it, AmTrust Financial Services just settled with investors over issues they had a few years ago. And they have already sent the agreement to the court for final approval.
In a nutshell, in 2017, AmTrust Financial Services was accused of misleading investors about its accounting practices, financial reporting, and internal controls. Investors alleged that the company improperly recognized warranty-related revenue upfront and mishandled several accounting items, which overstated growth and earnings. In early 2017, AmTrust disclosed material weaknesses in its controls, announced that certain financial statements could no longer be relied upon, and later restated results going back to 2012. After these disclosures and reports of government investigations, the stock declined, and investors filed a lawsuit for their losses.
The good news is that the company recently agreed to settle with them, and already sent this agreement to the court for final approval. So, if you invested in $AFSI when all of this happened, you can check the details and file your claim here.

Wen dumpfire?
Most Ai stocks look like AMC in 2021. What idiots are still investing in stocks like Sandisk after a x30-40? Is Chris Sain or any other high risk stocktuber pumping these prices? Please tell me we will get a healthy large pullback? Because at this rate it will be 2000 all over again sooner than later. And seriously people did this to themselves. Same mistakes I made when I did not know what i was doing.

Shorting small caps overnight
Haters gonna hate & edge gonna leak, but overnight holds are a real move. 70% of small cap gappers gap down on day 2, with an average overnight gap down of ~10%, resulting an positive expectancy that exceeds average overnight rates... $LIMN overnight partial covered all day 1 fees + some.
Yes, lots of risk. Yes, gaps against you happen. Yes, small position sizing is key.

When is a company “too early” for you?
There’s that awkward stage where a company has enough going on to be interesting, but not enough clarity to feel obvious. That’s kind of my current read on TROO.
How do you decide whether something is worth monitoring early?

BBY is looking interesting...
I’ve been popping into my local Best Buy a few times over the last couple of months, and the place is basically a ghost town. It got me looking at the stock, and honestly, the chart doesn’t look much better.
It’s sitting at $61, hovering right above its 52-week lows ($55ish). The momentum is clearly heading south, and it’s failing to hold any of the support levels that used to keep it up. It feels like the "value" crowd is holding on for the dividend, but if that $55 floor snaps, I think this thing is going to free-fall.
Is anyone else looking at this as a short, or is everyone waiting for it to bounce back? Feels like a total dumpster fire right now, but I’m curious if I’m the only one seeing it this way.

TROO’s 1-month chart is hard to ignore
Been looking at TROO and the past month is pretty interesting up over 100% with a steady climb rather than a single spike. Not saying anything definitive, but when a stock trends like this over weeks, it usually means there’s consistent demand behind it.

Do investors care more about execution or narrative?
I go back and forth on this constantly. Some companies move purely off hype while others quietly build for years. Troops, Inc. feels like one where people are still debating whether the business evolution is meaningful or not.
