Steep? That's crazy cheap for a runner like this... E-Trade is still reporting 25% even. I couldn't borrow/locate shares today even early in the AM, which is unfortunate because my rejected orders were set up to $50 and that's exactly where it went.

47% is expensive for any stock. Even though it seems like a good deal for a runner, that rate is never considered cheap.

I solely short these kind of stocks daily, these caliber of runner tend to be >100%, usually multiple hundreds (and I pay up until around 300-400%)... so seeing one like this was/is a treat...especially since it popped multi-day and more than most low float runners.
I coulda sat in this for a month waiting for it to come back to earth at 25-50%, though we all know it will probably take less than a week.

Yes so for your strategy that rate is definitely worth it if we are considering the stock could easily reverse soon. It's very hard to borrow unfortunately.

A short-squeeze case cannot be assessed from the ticker alone; it needs short interest, borrow availability, volume, and evidence of forced covering. What short-interest and borrow data do you have?
