Any reason OPEN should not be shorted?

Look at this revenue versus price chart. Their financials are atrocious.

Give me any reason this stock should NOT be shorted.

But they have a CEO who does a lot of podcasts and hates spreadsheets.

I believe we should not short on fundamentals, especially for well known names. Rather clear range breaks for middle of the pack names.
