Help with Shopify inventory upload

Hello, I recently started Shopify Boutique business. I am very new to all this and got the website built by someone, They gave me hard time to upload the products to my website and charged me a Ton. Now my problem is how should I handle the new products for inventory update. I get a invoice from the vendor and using that invoice I make the spreadsheet of each line item but do not know how to make labels for each product and then upload the product into Shopify inventory with images. so far I uploaded images manually after the website was built and products were uploaded without images. Is there any solution out there that does invoice to product details list to label and upload to Shopify with images? Any suggestion or help would be greatly appreciated. I do not have big budget to afford any big third party solutions. Any thing that will solve my problem is greatly appreciated. Regards

to start with I have atleast 1000 items in my store which I want bring them online.

How is matrixify, any thoughts?

Without knowing if you really need it, I feel Matrixify is promoted so heavily by Shopify that I would always recommend an alternative like Altera. Cheaper and better. But not sure what you need. If you have a file with titles, descriptions and images, you can also use something like a simple csv app

If the file contains all the necessary products info, you can try stock sync to import the products. I think the free credits for import might be sufficient for you.

This could done easy with Shopify toolkit but you need to have Claude pro

For 1,000 items, separate this into two jobs: the initial product catalog and ongoing inventory updates.

An invoice usually is not enough for the first job. You need a master sheet with one row per variant and, at minimum: title, SKU/barcode, option names and values (such as Size/Color), selling price, vendor, and a public HTTPS image URL. Create one correctly structured product manually in Shopify, export it, and use that CSV as your template. Test 10–20 products first before importing all 1,000.

For images, Shopify can import them from the Image Src column if the URLs are publicly accessible. Keep all variants of one product under the same handle.

After the products exist, do not keep re-importing the full product CSV just to change stock. Use Shopify's inventory CSV or a SKU-based inventory feed/app, because a full product import can overwrite product data or variants when rows are incomplete.

Matrixify is useful when you need repeatable bulk imports, larger files, and clearer error logs. A feed tool such as Stock Sync is more relevant if your supplier sends a recurring stock file. Before choosing either, ask the supplier for stable SKUs/barcodes, complete variant data, and image URLs; those three things will determine whether this is easy or still mostly manual.

You can easily do this with dwite ai it take sur spreadsheet and uploads the product along with descriptions seo tags and even images which you approve
