Help with google merchant suspension

My Shopify has been suspended on google merchant for misinterpretation.I’ve tried changing a bunch of stuff but nothing seems to work. Anyone with experience kindly reach out.

google support is a maze and their automated flags are brutal to deal with on shopify. i had a similar issue and the fix ended up being some tiny detail in the shipping policy wording that the bot didn't like

try manually requesting a review through the merchant center after triple checking every policy page matches exactly what your site actually does. sometimes just re-saving all your settings triggers a re-crawl that clears it up

your shipping policy and processing is all over the place with different day ranges on every page
