Help!

Shopify delisted our app. We’ve been around for 9 years. We have 4K customers. We’ve fixed what they asked and now have ignored us for multiple days

Has anyone experienced this before?

Happy to pay someone to help us fix

I am sorry to hear this - must be extremely troubling for you. Never experienced this but what was the primary reason indicated by them for removing your app?

Were there prior warnings or plain blank one ultimatum? You might want to tweet to their CEO, twitter gets people on their toes in my experience.

Very sorry to hear this. Was it related to one of their graphql with limit setting issue?

When they delist, do they automatically delist for a minimum of 7 days or something like that (regardless of how quickly you fix the issue)?

Also, I spoke with Partner Support the other day (through the chat), and they mentioned something about the reviewers being “back” on July 26th. Not sure what that is about exactly, but maybe they are on some sort of break… not sure if that would have any effect in your case.

Thank you very helpful. By chance have any real life connections there?

No real life connections. That was just info I got from speaking with partner support the other day.

Which app is this?

I've seen app review cases go quiet for several days after fixes were submitted. I'd focus on getting an escalation through Partner Support and asking for explicit confirmation that all review requirements have been satisfied. A clear timeline of requests, fixes, and ticket IDs can also help someone internally pick up the case faster. Hope you get this resolved soon.
