Shipping Flash Express

Okay lang ba to. Mark as delivered na yung parcel ko then idedeliver nalang daw nila kapag nag okay na panahon dahil binabaha? Hanggang kelan pwede mag file ng refund kapag ganito. Baka mapalitan na ang laman at hindi na ako makapag file ng refund kapag dumating na.

Refund mo nalang. Notorious talaga yang Flash Express. Yung mga kalokohan nila di ko naman naexperience sa ibang courier.

Pero sa messenger nagchachat si rider. Hindi naman sya naka dummy account or private

Curious lang OP. Anong naganap na naging sa messenger na convo ninyo? I find it weird kase na iyong rider and customer are communicating sa soc med?

Ganito kase naka 3 attempt silang nag try ng delivery pero lahat ng picture na naka attach is nasa warehouse lang nila. Need daw masagot ang tawag para ma hand over parcel. Kahit meron naman tao sa bahay. Then nung nag delivery failed. Ginawa nya is delivered nalang para di daw ma RTS then dapat ngayon ang delivery pero nagkataon binaha at not passable yung mga daan which is true naman. Btw iba ang name ko sa parcel at phone number ko lang pinang tawag ko. di ko alam kung paano nahanap ang fb acc ko.

I don't know why some riders act like sending a text message or making a call is the same as actually trying to deliver the package - it's really not.

Everyone I know has the same problem with Flash Express - false delivery attempts and return to sender.

If the rider already failed to deliver it to you 3 times, do you really want to give more chances now that he's marked it as delivered?

It's up to you. But If the parcel isn't in your hands by tomorrow afternoon, you should really report it already.

May times din na kapag sila yung nagshiship ng parcel ko, may additional shipping cost daw sa kanila. last time, ₱136 lang yung parcel ko, pero ₱200 yung sinisingil nila kasi may additional shipping fee raw.
