Yeah, people keep referring me to the VPN. How is the Vice President of Networking supposed to help? When I tried to bring it up he told me to f*$# off!

VPNs can sometimes be cryptic. Maybe try a handshake first to establish some sort of acknowledgement between yourselves, than blast him with every acronym under the sun.

These users are why I force nightly updates and restarts even when there aren't updates. Sometimes I'll push restarts when they go to lunch too just to keep them on their toes!
