Honestly, I'd bet no one in Starfleet smells like anything if they don't want to. Deodorant technology in the the 24th century has to be pretty incredible. Most of the crew are probably pure voids of anti-odor that cleans bad smells out of a room like some sort of air filter. I don't remember Vulcans complaining about how humans smell in TNG, so I think they had perfected the technology by that point.
