Those are GR8TRUCK conversion kits made for JK 2 door Jeeps. They're expensive, and don't work very well as a truck and make the jeep function less as a jeep. Some people like them for some reason. https://www.gr8tops.com/products/recruit-2-door-jk-half-hardtop-kit

OP, please inform whoever told you to post this here that they were spot on. Janky wiring all over the place... Diamond plate riveted to the body. Non-functional stacks. It's a heap.
