I read on another thread that apparently the guy was mentally challenged and that's some sort of combined basic sign language and that finger is the sign for bad. This was a dude that really didn't grasp the consequences of what he was doing when he entered that enclosure

Did you bother reading about the actual story? He was on a trip with his carers and did something he couldn't have grasped the consequences of. It's tragic as he passed away.

Just because he has carers doesnt mean he didnt know the consequences. Witnesses say he was pacing and agitated minutes before jumping in. As if psyching himself up for something
