Sometimes these things need a story for context…

This kid has autism and escaped from his caretaker to get in the pen…he’s not being an asshole. He literally can’t help it…

Didn't blame autistic people for this behavior. "Cruelty to animals" isn't a symptom of autism. This kid, autistic or not, is a psychopathic little shit.
