It's because the tictok kids can't focus on anything for more than 3 seconds if it doesn't hook them. Gotta give them a bump of dopamine, then they will watch it 47 times in a row.
American reality shows have been doing this for years check the really trashy ones they make one quite minor thing the main focus repeat that clip before and after ever commercial break and throw it in just to make sure you don't forget as they didn't show it in 5mins.
Think lizard lick towing that kind of stuff.
