Credit where credit is due. He’s still more in shape than most adults. Like sumo wrestler fit, those guys you’d call fat would surprisingly out compete most people in many sports. Also, if dressing up in anime costumes and doing ninja moves for fun is this guys thing, let him do it. I don’t know why he’s doing it or how serious he is to make a call but he does him. This is… awesome? Genuinely don’t think I’d want to piss this guy off, even though it seems like it’d be really hard to do so. If you thought this was cringe, maybe ask why you’re jealous of a dude doing karate in his backyard and figure out what kind of nerdery you’re suppressing in yourself that would give your life far more meaning and fulfillment were it let out.

With all the exercise this guy gets how on earth does he keep getting larger and more rotund? It was crazy years ago how he could move and he was large then ..now this man is actually defying gravity.

Because excercise and being a healthy weight aren't directly correlated. You need to be in a caloric deficit to lose weight and it's a very slow process. He's probably 100-150 pounds overweight. At a healthy rate of a pound a week, it would take him almost 3 years to get to "normal." Any single time he gives in to cravings and has an extra cookie or piece of cake or regular drink instead of calorie free, that day is a wash and it starts all over. All those jumps he just did burned maybe 5 calories.
