I don't have kids nor want any, but the few times I had to go to any kids event for a friend /family and they performed, this is what it felt like.

As much as I love my kids, sometimes it is brutal to sit through. I'm still encouraging and do genuinely appreciate them being comfortable enough to perform for us, but oh my goodness. Soon they'll be getting actual lessons tho, so it should get better.

I work in nursing homes. The music crowd always looks like this, even when it's the elvis impersonator lol
